Well, the vice presidential debate was pretty interesting. I didn't know Palin was an Ok debater. I didn't even expect her to speak coherently, let alone give a successfull debate. I had just found some respect for her until she called Obama a friend of a terrorist. Then, I lost all my respect for her. Now, I think, wow is she dumb.
"Obama's friend" was a vietnem protester, and Vietnam was over thirty years ago, so, what does this have to do with Obama? Is she implying that he is a terrorist? Is she saying "Hey Obama must be a terrorist because of his name and religion."
If so, I think she has some mental issues.

I think it is ridiculous that Sarah Palin could even come to a conclusion like this and accuse Barack Obama of being a terrorist. Ugh. It makes me angry just to think about her comments.
a) obamas "friend" was a vietnam protester 30 years ago. 30 years- he so much younger at the time and this shouldnt have anything to do with him
b)obama didn't choose his name, so why should he be penalized having been given his name
c)obama is CHRISTIAN, so his religion shouldn't be up for debate
It seems like a political tactic to me too.
